In our daily menu PIZZA PASTA Y are proposing the focaccia summer. Whereas in summer the consumption of salads and fresh herbs is favored by our customers, this time we have prepared the cake white and red (a piacere) with all the raw ingredients: rucola, pomodoro fresco, chunks of fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. At the end of a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt and you're done!
